Q: What makes Brockport special to you?

A: What makes Brockport special to me is the sense of community in that whenever there’s an issue affecting our campus we can get behind and support each other and advocate for necessary changes to build a better Brockport.

Q: How has your time at Brockport helped you achieve your personal and professional goals?

A: My time here at Brockport has helped me to develop my critical thinking skills and has enabled me to go outside of the United States for the first time when I went on a study abroad trip to Italy and Greece. I had a lot of fun in Italy and Greece, and I had a lot of gelato in both countries. My professor for that study abroad trip said that the study abroad group was one of the best he ever had, and I couldn’t agree more. I look forward to going on another study abroad trip in the near future.

Q: What are the changes would you like to bring to Brockport?

A: I would like Brockport to run entirely on renewable energy. And also I would like for there to be more diversity on campus.

Q: In light of recent events, how would you help BSG make Brockport more inclusive?

A: Well there’s currently a lack of representation of our African American and other minority students. So we could look into trying to get some of that representation in the various offices of BSG.

Q: What qualities make you the best person for this position?

A: I like to be active on campus and I like to try new things.
