As president your main focus should be doing what is best for your country, but Donald Trump, once again, seems to be worried about the wrong things. With issues like the elevated lead levels in Detroit’s drinking water to all the other major issues plaguing this country, the president is too concerned about his image.

Recently, Trump had Tweeted out his displeasure with the searches he found of himself on Google.

Trump's tweet stated “Google search results for “Trump News” shows only the viewing/reporting of Fake News Media.”

The president touches back on some of his old comments on how all media that is against Trump is “fake news.” The news outlets like CNN and CNBC are two of his biggest examples.

Trump would go on to say, “In other words, they have it RIGGED, for me & others, so that almost all stories & news is BAD. Fake CNN is prominent.”

What the president seems to forget is that the articles that come up when you google his name are the most recent articles posted. And it just so happens that most of the country is displeased with him being president, which is the content that is going to be put out.

According to a CNN Tech, a Google spokesperson stated, “Search is not used to set a political agenda and we don’t bias our results toward any political ideology…. We continually work to improve Google search and we never rank search results to manipulate political sentiment.”

The results that appear on Google come from the automated programs or “spiders” that the company uses to search the internet and pick out pages based on keywords, according to CNN. Most articles that state the name “Trump” will pop up in the results because of the keyword, "Trump."

Trump also tweeted, “Republican/Conservative & Fair Media is shut out. Illegal? 96% of results on “Trump News” are from National Left-Wing Media, very dangerous.”

No, what would be dangerous is if the media was filled with Pro-Trump material spreading his hate and negativity all over the country. The news outlets that produce anything against the president is deemed wrong and “fake news” by him and his followers.

“96% of results on “Trump News” are from National Left-Wing Media.” The outrageous 96% that Trump is talking about comes from an article by PJ Media. In the article, supervising editor, Paula Bolyard talked about how conservative media outlets were not coming up in the first 100 search results on Google, but news outlets like CNN, Washington Post, and NBC were popping up frequently. Paula Boyard's "96 Percent of google search results for 'Trump' News Are from Liberal Media Outlets" article, posted Saturday Aug. 25, inspired the tweets, Trump would post three days later.

The tweets come as a surprise to many after what occurred not so long ago. According to Fox News, Donald Trump had recently backed Google when the European Union fined the company 5 billion dollars over its mobile phone operating system.

Trump tweeted “The European Union just slapped a five billion dollar fine on one of our great companies, Google.” It seems like the president is conflicted over whether he likes the company or not. However, Google is not the only company the president went at in his recent comments.

In a later tweet, he would go on to say that Facebook, Twitter, and Google are “treading on very, very troubled territory and they have to be careful.”

Trump is calling out some of the biggest tech comapanies in the world and seems convinced that he will take them down if he has to. It will be interesting to see him try to bring down multibillion dollar companies that operate worldwide and help this country function with jobs and technological advancements.

The president has shown that he will not stop protecting his personal image. This feud with Google, is just another way for him to try not to look  bad in front of the American people.
