For those who haven't yet had the opportunity to go and see "John Wick: Chapter 2", please do yourself the favor and make it an obligation. I promise it's worth the time. It's very hard to come across an action film that is actually full of action and satisfies your thirst for fighting and crude violence. Typically action films are full of drama, where the main focus of the movie is the story and how it unfolds. The great thing about "John Wick 2" is that  both components are met in full.

"John Wick 2" starts off where the first movie, "John Wick" ended. We start the film with John Wick searching for (and getting back) the car that was stolen from him with, of course, a handful of men being thrown around and killed in the process. When he gets his car back, he allows peace between himself and the man who hijacked his car, which would seem like the end of the fighting ... right? Well, not so much.

For those who aren't aware, the original "John Wick" film is about a well-respected ex-assassin who retired from his position in order to live a peaceful life with his wife. However, things took a turn for the worse when his wife got sick and died. Upon her death, Wick receives a puppy as a gift that was left for him, from her. He becomes attached to his new puppy as it's the last gift from his late wife. However, the arrogant son of an underground mobster breaks into Wick's home, attacking him, killing his dog and stealing his car. This causes Wick to come out of retirement, back into the world of assassination and seek vengeance for both his dog and car.

He completes his task, before being betrayed by the same person who commanded him to enter back into the game in the first place. Wick chooses the only option he has:  fight. Full of a mixture of jujitsu moves and exceptional use of weaponry as well as careful planning and quick wit, John Wick goes against assassin after assassin, thrilling his audience each time with his prowess.

The film's storyline is great at staying on par with the original film and the fighting is even better. Kudos to Keanu Reeves for his amazing performance and if there is a "John Wick: Chapter 3", I'll definitely be one of the first in line.
